1.       Prepare proper PPEs such as hardhat, safety glasses,gloves,footwear,harness, tyvek cloth,etc.準備合格的勞保用品，如安全帽、安全鞋、安全眼鏡、安全帶、一次性防護工服等等。
        2.       Know where the eyewash and safety shower, and work with CCDC to ensure eyewash&safety shower in function.清楚洗眼器和淋浴器的位置，并與井隊一起確認它們工作狀況良好。
        3.       Apply for PtW, and prepare the supplementary PtW checklist “Checklist No03A - Confined Space Entry” and “Checklist No05 - Gas Test Certificate” for pre-task check. 申請清罐工作許可，并附上“進入有限空間”表和“氣體檢測”表。
        4.       Develop specific JHA, and brief it to all related persons before tank entry. 編制專門的清管工作危險性分析，并告知相關人員。
        5.       Work with CCDC to isolate related pipes and power, and get the LOTO checklist done before entry the tank.和井隊一起，把相關的電氣設備和管道隔離起來，并填寫能量隔離檢查表。
        6.       Ask authorized gas tester to test the air condition, and re-test and record it every 1 hour. And ensure air condition is ok for tank entry.請合格的測氣員定時測氣，并記錄，同時確保空氣狀況適合工作。
        7.       Team leader double check the isolations in place, and tags in position before commencing the job.開始進罐前，領隊還要再次確認所有相關的管道及電氣設備已經上鎖并掛牌了。
        8.       Make a confined space entry register and put it in the workshop, and ensure everyone who entry the mud tank to sign off in the register when he go in or come out from the mud tank. And also ensure every tools or equipment should be recorded when bringing in/out the tank.做一個人員進出密閉空間的登記表，確保任何人進出都要有登記。還必須登記任何帶進去或者帶出來的工具。
        9.       Assign dedicated watchman for the tank cleaning, and ensure he is in the workshop at all times.指定一名專職監護人，他須全程監控清罐工作。
        10.   Establish safety rope system for mud labor to hold so that they can move safely inside the mud tanks.使用麻繩作為安全繩，以供工人牽扶，防止滑倒。
        11.   Run fan to ventilate the mud tanks.用鼓風機進行通風。
        12.   Work with CCDC to turn on some lamps of mud tank during tank cleaning.和井隊一起，打開泥漿罐附近的一些電燈以增加照明亮度。
        13.   Use whistle or horn as the alarm communication way.使用口哨或者喇叭作為緊急聯系方式。
        14.   Conduct toolbox meeting to all people involved every shift, and brief safety requirement to everyone.每天堅持召開班前會，并進行安全技術交底。
        15.   Display related MSDSs in the workshop, inform the doctor during the tank cleaning.把相關化學品的材料安全數據清單放在現場，并通知醫生。
        16.   Keep good personal hygiene after job completed e.g. wash hand and face by soap, and do not entry the catering room with wearing dirty coverall.完工后要保持良好的個人衛生，如用肥皂洗手洗臉等，同時不要穿著臟工衣進入餐廳等公共場所。
        17.   Make sure the worker whoever working inside the tank have a break every 2 hours as a minimum.確保工人在罐內工作時間每2個小時，至少休息一次。
        18.   After each shift, ensure the PtW to be closed. If crew change at the same shift, ensure handover to be done.每個班結束后要及時把工作許可關閉，如果在同一個班內遇到倒班的情況，一定要把交接工作做到為。
